When contacting us you may provide your name, contact details, delivery address and message content.

Any technical browsing data processed by the hosting service, such as IP address, browser and requested pages: categories and actual processing must be verified with the provider.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Answering enquiries, handling orders and deliveries: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Website operation and security: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.

5. Retention

Retention periods for enquiries, messages and order data: to be confirmed by the controller. Documents subject to tax and accounting obligations are retained for the legally required period.

Any technical logs: categories, retention periods and deletion arrangements must be confirmed with the hosting service.

6. Recipients

Services involved: website hosting and, if chosen by the user, WhatsApp and email. Recipient names, roles and processing agreements must be confirmed by the controller.

Any couriers and accounting advisers: names and shared data must be confirmed according to the farm’s actual operations.

Fonts are locally hosted and are not loaded from Google servers.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Processing countries and possible transfers outside the European Economic Area, including applicable safeguards, must be verified with the providers actually used. No unconfirmed location or safeguard is stated.

8. Rights and response times

Request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object at info@agricolefratellicampana.it. We respond within one month; where the GDPR allows, the period may be extended by two further months with notice within the first month.

9. Providing data

Providing data is optional; without your name and contact details we cannot respond or fulfil an order. An address is required if you request delivery.

10. Automated decisions and DPO

Any automated decision-making, profiling and appointment of a Data Protection Officer must be confirmed by the controller.
