1. Scope and seller

This site showcases Fratelli Campana S.S. Agricola: no online purchases or payments. WhatsApp orders are distance contracts.

2. Orders and contract formation

Request an order via WhatsApp +39 344 776 2871. Your message alone does not form a contract: the farm must confirm in writing the products, quantities, total VAT-inclusive price, payment, delivery costs and timing. Email may be used for enquiries, support and withdrawal.

3. Prices and payment

Published prices include VAT. Pasta costs €3.00 per 0.5 kg pack; orders over 50 packs are priced on request. Oil in 750 ml bottles and 3 l tins is priced on request. The price in the order confirmation is binding.

Accepted payment methods: to be confirmed by the farm before publication. No payments are made on the website.

4. Delivery

Delivery areas, indicative delivery times and shipping cost calculation: to be confirmed by the farm before publication. These conditions are disclosed before contract formation and included in the written confirmation.

Check the parcel on delivery and report damage, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

5. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by an explicit statement to info@agricolefratellicampana.it or the seller’s address, optionally using the form below (Arts. 52 et seq. Italian Consumer Code).

Dry pasta and oil are not rapidly perishable goods: withdrawal applies to intact packs. Sealed packs opened after delivery are excluded where unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (Art. 59 Italian Consumer Code).

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal; you bear direct return costs. Refunds are made within 14 days of notice using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed without costs, including standard delivery costs. We may withhold the refund until goods or proof of return are received, unless we collect them.

7. Statutory warranty

The statutory conformity guarantee covers defects appearing within 2 years of delivery (Art. 133 Italian Consumer Code), taking account of the product’s nature and labelled shelf life. Contact us for statutory remedies. No two-month notification deadline is imposed.

8. Storage and responsibility

Store and use products according to the label, observing storage conditions and shelf life. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or the seller’s statutory liability.

9. Content

Website content is presented by Fratelli Campana S.S. Agricola. Request permission to reproduce content or use the logo and images: the farm’s or third-party rights may apply. Product images are illustrative.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections. For consumers, the court of their residence or domicile has jurisdiction as provided by law.
